Team and Leadership Training at Yeshiva Torat Chaim

Perhaps the most unique and interesting aspect of Yeshiva Torat Chaim is our team training program. Team training involves creating activities and challenges in which our students are forced to cooperate, think, and plan with one another in order to solve that challenge. The goal is to help inculcate in our students the importance and power of group cooperation, innovation, and creativity.

After each activity, the students think about and discuss that day’s activity in order to learn how to better work together as a group in the future.

All in all, YTC’s group and leadership training program is an excellent method for teaching the importance of clear communication and cooperation.
